All About Concierge Hours
Effective September 12, 2022:
With the introduction of our new booking software, some of our check-in and check-out procedures are changing! Now that our chair-side checkout process is up and running, we will begin designated Concierge Hours September 12, 2022.
What are Concierge Hours?
These are a set schedule where our Concierge team is available to take phone calls, answer text messages and emails, check-in guests for their appointments, assist with retail questions and walk-in inquiries, and support those clients that need a little more help with their check-out process or cash payments.
In order to better serve those clients during peak hours of the day, our Concierge Hours will finish before it’s time for some of our last guests to check-in or check-out from their appointment.
If you have an appointment scheduled to complete after our Concierge Hours,
your ticket must be paid using a card present or Express Pay (your credit card attached to your client profile). Your service provider will assist in scheduling your future appointments and preparing your bill for you; however, no cash payments will be taken after Concierge Hours.
If you arrive for an appointment scheduled after our Concierge Hours,
please note that our doors will be locked and entry will be by appointment only.
Please remain in your vehicle, or outside, and check-in using the feature on your client profile from your phone (click here for more details).
Your service provider will receive an immediate alert that you have arrived for your appointment, and you will be notified when they are ready to invite you in for your service. Your ticket must be paid using a card present or Express Pay (your credit card attached to your client profile). Your service provider will assist in scheduling your future appointments and preparing your bill for you; however, no cash payments will be taken after Concierge Hours.
We will be alerting all clients whose appointments may be affected by this change in advance, either via text message or confirmation call.

Don’t worry – your credit card information is not stored on site, but encrypted through a third party gateway system. Our team does not have
access to view your credit card information in our software.
